Last updated: July 2026

1. Data controller

The data controller for the processing of personal data is Speedtrack Logistics S.R.L., registered at Regina Maria 32 Blvd, Sector 4, 040125 Bucuresti, Romania — VAT RO 54103617.

For any request regarding the processing of your personal data, you can write to speedtracklogisticsro@gmail.com.

2. What data we collect

We collect personal data only when you voluntarily fill in the quote request form on the site. The data requested is:

  • Full name
  • Company name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Shipment type and estimated monthly volume
  • Any additional notes entered optionally

We do not collect personal data through profiling cookies or third-party analytics tools: the site does not use cookies other than those technically necessary for its basic operation.

3. Purpose and legal basis of processing

Data collected through the quote request form is processed for the following purposes:

  • Responding to your request and preparing a personalized commercial offer (legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures at your request, GDPR art. 6.1.b);
  • Contacting you, including at a later time, about our shipping services (legal basis: consent of the data subject, GDPR art. 6.1.a).

Providing the data marked as required in the form is necessary for us to process your quote request; failure to provide it means we cannot contact you.

4. Data retention

Personal data collected through the quote request form is kept for as long as necessary to manage your request and any resulting business relationship, and in any case for no more than 24 months from the last contact, unless otherwise required by law or you explicitly request earlier deletion.

5. Data sharing and disclosure

Your data is never sold or passed on to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be shared, strictly to the extent necessary, with:

  • partner couriers (PDB, SDA, BRT, GLS, UPS) solely to carry out a shipping service you requested;
  • technical providers supporting the site's infrastructure, acting as data processors;
  • public authorities, when required by law.

6. Your rights

As a data subject, under articles 15-22 of the GDPR you have the right to request at any time access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing, as well as the right to withdraw any consent given at any time.

To exercise these rights you can write to speedtracklogisticsro@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.

7. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated periodically, for example in the event of changes to the services offered on the site or to applicable regulations. The last-updated date is shown at the top of this page.
